Easley-based team members will be moving in this week, and as of this Friday, November 1st, the new office will be fully staffed and operational. The new physical address is:

The city of Easley will still be home to an Encore warehouse and logistics support team. Our new office in Greenville is only about 15 miles east of the office we’re leaving in Easley, and yet we’re committed to retaining a presence in Easley to best support our many valued customers in and around Pickens County. In addition to our new office in Greenville and the foothold we’ll maintain in Easley, we also continue to operate facilities in Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Columbia, SC, Raleigh, NC, and Southfield, MI.
Before we tell you why we’re excited about this move to Greenville, and more importantly, what it means for you, please allow us to share a little of the backstory that got us here today …
As you are likely aware, in February of this year, the Technology Solutions and Cloud Services Divisions of Computer Software Innovations (CSI) were spun off from CSI, which was acquired by N. Harris Computer Corporation in November 2012. On February 14th, we bid a fond farewell to the CSI brand and said “hello” to Encore Technology Group when it was established as a separate, privately held company. With this “new” entity came a 24-year history of technological innovation and superior service, a hands-on and thoroughly vested leadership team, highly experienced and heavily certified technical employees, many longstanding and successful partnerships with industry-leading manufacturers, and a well-established roster of public and private sector customers throughout the region.
In the past nine months, we’ve been continuing to excel at many of the things for which we had come to be known while under the CSI umbrella – deploying and supporting innovative technology solutions, maintaining mutually beneficial partnerships, and delivering the industry’s best customer service and support to our public and private sector clients. At the same time, we’ve been running full-speed-ahead with regional and national growth efforts. We’ve opened new offices and data centers. We’ve been appointed to more partner advisory councils. We’ve expanded our line of cloud services with several new offerings. And we’ve added new products and services to our technology solutions portfolio.
… all that in the past nine months. And we’re not done yet. In fact, we’re just getting started.
What prompted our move to Greenville is that we managed to outgrow our Easley office. The new office is 10,000 sq. ft., nearly double the size of the old one, so we now have plenty of room for new hires. Plus, it’s located in a modern business complex that provides lifestyle and transportation advantages. These benefits (coupled with the fact that Encore is a great company to work for!) will enable us to continue attracting and retaining top talent to support our customers’ evolving technology needs.
Our new office also facilitates the extension of our support hours. I’m pleased to share that we will be increasing support by five hours daily. Effective November 4th, our Support Center will operate:

This week, as we finalize our move, we’re finding ourselves in an ideal position to accelerate our growth. This is great news for you because, in addition to our extended support hours, further growth will come in the form of an even more robust infrastructure, an even more comprehensive and diverse solutions portfolio, and an even larger team providing the same great service you expect from us.
